Ranger Smith has some important reminders:

• We love pets too...however, pets are not allowed in our cabins.
• Beginning June 2009 we now furnish pots, pans and dishes in cabins with kitchens. We do not furnish sheets, towels, or personal toiletries with any of our rentals. These items must be brought by the guest.
• No smoking allowed in any cabins.
• Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially for summer, holiday and Halloween periods. A credit card deposit equal to the first night is required when making the reservation for non-holiday periods. Payment in full is required for holiday periods.
• A cabin cleaning/security deposit of $100 by cash or credit card hold is required at check-in.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after
• Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am
• All reservations require a seven (7) day notice of cancellation for a full refund less a $5.00 administrative fee. Cancellations with less than seven (7) days notice result in forfeiture of reservation deposit.
