Ranger Smith has some important reminders:

• We love pets too…however, pets are not allowed in our cabins.
• We do not furnish pots, pans, dishes or linens (sheets, towels, etc.) with any of our rentals. These items must be brought by the guest.
• No smoking allowed in any cabins.
• Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially for summer, holiday and Halloween periods. A credit card deposit is required when making the reservation.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after
• Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am
• All reservations require a seven (7) day notice of cancellation for a full refund less a $5.00 administrative fee. Cancellations with less than seven (7) days notice result in forfeiture of reservation deposit.
