Explore Mammoth Cave and Relax at Jellystone Park
Everyone needs a break. Whether you are in the midst of a rigorous work schedule or in the glory of retirement, Mammoth Cave provides an opportunity for you to appreciate the peace and quiet of central Kentucky. For almost two centuries, visitors have traveled to this area to explore the underground of the world's longest cave system. At Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, we'd like to invite you to be a part of the history.
Just over 90 miles north of the Music City, Jellystone Park is one of the nation's most relaxing spots. From hiking the trails alone to reserving a campsite for your entire family, a trip to the Mammoth Cave area means a chance to forget the worries of your daily routine. We offer numerous sizes of campsites with full hook-ups to help you find the perfect location for your vacation. While many families enjoy campsites for their RVs and trailers, our assortment of log cabins allows wilderness living with the luxury of air-conditioning. With some of the country's most beautiful hills as the backdrop, you can leave all of your worries at home.
Over 365 miles of caves await your exploring eyes here. From spring to winter, you can discover the mystery of Mammoth Cave. Bring the entire family, too. Nearby guided tours of the beautiful Diamond Caverns are offered throughout the year, giving you and your kids an opportunity to explore another of Kentucky's greatest treasures. Guntown Mountain and its recreation of the Wild West is just a short drive from the park, too.
While pets are not allowed in cabins, they are all welcome in our camping areas. In 2007, our barnyard will be converted into a brand new pet playground where dogs and cats can bask in the beauty of the outdoors while you watch. Even your animals can enjoy the trip! Our goal is to help you enjoy your trip to Kentucky. Give us a call today to book your trip to Jellystone Park!
