Information for ALL Campsites

Spacious campsites available for RV’s, travel trailers, pop-ups, vans and tents

  • Picnic table and fire ring at every campsite
  • Pull thru and back in sites
  • Gravel pads and concrete pads avaiable
  • Shady or sunny sites
  • Located near one of seven comfort stations with showers
  • Coin-operated laundry mid-campground

  • All-inclusive amenities (must wear wristband)
  • Campsite check-out time is 11:00 am CST
  • Campsite check-in time is 12:00 noon CST

PEAK SEASON

Peak season rates are any dates ranging from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

2021 Dates: May 28th-September 5th

FALL FESTIVAL AND HALLOWEEN WEEKENDS

Weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) September 25th- November 1st, 2020.

2021 Dates: Weekends Setptember 24th-October 31st

PRE-SEASON WEEKENDS

Pre-season rates are weekends-Fridays & Saturdays ONLY. 

2021 Dates: Weekends March 26th-May 23

OFF SEASON

Off season rates are Jan 1st - May 21st, 2020 (excluding pre-season weekends and Fall Festival and Halloween Weekends) and September 8th- Decmeber 31st, 2020. 

2021 Dates: January 1-May 27th, 2021 (excluding pre-season weekends and Fall Festival and Halloween Weekends) and September 6th-December 31st, 2021


2021 HOLIDAY PERIODS

Memorial Day: May 28th-May 30th

4th of July: July 2nd-4th

Labor Day: September 3rd-5th

Holiday periods are 3 nights minimum required which also require payment in full upon time of orginal reservation.

  • Deposit for cabin, campsites and golf carts is the greater of 50% of the total reservation cost or the first night’s stay for non-holiday periods.
  • $20 rescheduling fee will be added to all reservations if orginal scheduled date needs to be changed—can only be applied to a reservation one time and must be outside 14-day cancellation window. Cannnot change date inside cancellation window. Although, this does not apply to adding/subtracting a date to existing reservation.
  • NO refund for holidays after 24 hours. No refunds or date changes on ANY holiday periods.
  • Cancellation Policy Changes for 2021—starting September 8th, 2020:
    • Guest cancels within 24 hours no penalty
    • Guest cancels 15 days or greater before scheduled arrival $40 cancellation fee.
    • Guest cancels within 14-day window of scheduled arrival forfeits required deposit.
    • No refunds or date changes for Holiday periods-Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day periods.
